Beyonce Slapped On Butt By Fan During Concert

Beyonce got up close and personal
with her fans at Monday's concert -
maybe a little too up close!
While performing in Copenhagen,
Denmark, the singer touched the
hands of her fans as she performed,
but one fan took it a little too far.
During "Irreplaceable," the singer was
slapped on the butt by one overly
enthusiastic fan and Bey was not happy
about it. "I will have you escorted out
right now, alright?" she told the man
in footage seen on YouTube.

Will Smith’s getting push from Kanye to make new music

Will Smith has been making more
movies than music for a while now, but
that doesn’t mean he’s done laying
tracks.
As the “After Earth” star showed
Letterman’s “Late Show” audience on
Monday night, he still knows how to
rock a mic — as well as spit all of the
lyrics to his hit with DJ Jazzy Jeff,
“Summertime.”
According to an interview with
HipHollywood.com , Smith might have
newer sounds on deck soon with a little
encouragement from Kanye West. The
two were spotted in a studio together
in Brazil back in February.
“I’ve been messing around with Kanye,
we went in the studio a couple times,”
Smith said. “I might get the bug. I’m
not going to do it unless I’m truly
inspired, but ‘Ye’s been pushing me a
little bit.”
Smith’s last studio album, “Lost and
Found,” arrived in 2005.

Antonio Banderas signs on for Chilean miners movie

The movie version of the 2010 Chilean
mine collapse that trapped 33
workers for weeks has found a leading
man.
Mike Medavoy recently announced at
the Cannes Film Festival that Antonio
Banderas is set to star in the movie.
According to Variety, the project will be
called “The 33,” as it dramatizes the
story of the 33 mine workers whose
entrapment over 69 days turned into a
globally watched rescue effort.
Banderas, who will appear in this year’s
“Machete Kills,” is signed up to play
Mario Sepulveda , the miner known as
“Super Mario.”
Medavoy, who lived in Chile for 10
years as a kid, acquired the rights to
the miners’ story in 2011 . He said at
the time that he, like “millions of people
around the world, was completely
engrossed watching the rescue,” and
that “at its heart, this is a story about
the triumph of the human spirit and a
testament to the courage and
perseverance of the Chilean people.”
“Motorcycle Diaries” screenwriter Jose
Rivera has written the script for “The
33″ along with Mikko Alanne.

Trailer Park: ‘Man of Steel’ vs. Zod

There’s yet another new trailer for Zack
Snyder’s “Man of Steel,” but this is one
is markedly different than the first two.
‘Man of Steel’: Not the familiar
Superman (fan)fare
Whereas past clips have focused on
Clark Kent’s heroic instincts as a kid and
his transition to wearing the “S” on his
chest, the newest trailer for the Warner
Bros. release is all about his powerful
foe, General Zod.
“I have journeyed across an ocean of
stars to reach you,” says Michael
Shannon as his villainous character, who
issues a warning to Earth’s population.
“Your world has sheltered one of my
citizens. He will look like you, but he is

‘DWTS’ crowns champ as show ponders future

The 16th season of “Dancing with the
Stars” came to a close Tuesday night,
and the first “American Idol” contestant
to compete on the ABC series ended
up on top.
Country singer Kellie Pickler overcame
tough challenges from actress Zendaya,
gymnast Aly Raisman and football star
Jacoby Jones to take home the Mirror
Ball Trophy. Pickler closed out her run
with a trio of perfect 30s in the two-
night finale.
Pro partner Derek Hough took home his
fourth Mirror Ball, the first pro dancer
to do so. He won previously with
Brooke Burke-Charvet, Nicole
Scherzinger and Jennifer Grey.
The finale was not without its share of
controversy, as host Tom Bergeron
announced that viewer votes tallied on
ABC’s website would not be counted
due to issues that occurred during
Monday’s East coast broadcast. Phone,
text and Facebook votes were the ones
tallied for Tuesday’s finale. It is not
known if the ABC votes would have
mattered in the final tally.
Tuesday’s finale also marked the likely
end of an era for the long-running
show. Beginning in September, “Dancing
with the Stars” will air just one night a
week. Three hours of weekly
programming will now became two and,
as a result, changes will be made —
maybe even at the judges’ table.
Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman and
Bruno Tonioli have all been there from
the beginning, and their unique
chemistry and personalities have been a
show hallmark. But familiarity breeds
predictability, and viewers may be
looking for a fresh face or three to bring
new perspectives. Goodman and Tonioli
also judge on the British series that
inspired it all, “Strictly Come Dancing,”
so perhaps a departure from one of the
programs would be a welcome relief.
And what about the professional
dancers? Cheryl Burke and Tony
Dovolani have been with the show since
season two, Karina Smirnoff and Kym
Johnson first appeared in season
three, while Hough and Mark Ballas
joined in season five. Could the
inclusion of three new pros this season
be the start of a changing of
the ballroom guard?
Do you agree with Kellie Picker winning
this season? And what changes would
you like to see on “DWTS” this fall?

Bon Jovi calls Justin Bieber an 'a**hole'

Jon Bon Jovi has a reputation for being a
nice guy, but he had some harsh words
for Justin Bieber in a recent interview
with The Evening Standard.
The long-time Bon Jovi frontman said
Monday that the 19-year-old pop star
was disrespectful to fans when he was
two hours late to a concert at London's
O2 Arena in March. While Bieber blamed
his tardiness on "technical issues," Bon
Jovi wasn't buying the excuse.
“Every generation has guys that do that,
none of that is new," the 51-year-old
rocker said in the interview.

Jesse James posts photo of his severed finger on Instagram

AUSTIN, Texas, May 22 (UPI) -- U.S.
reality TV personality and motorcycle
customizer Jesse James accidentally
severed the top of his pinky finger, then
posted a photo of it on Instagram.
"Doesn't look like this little dude's gonna
make it. Nice know'n you little buddy,"
he said in a message accompanying the
gory image Tuesday at http://
instagram.com/p/ZlilYUxmkM/#
I was working in the shop today, and my
glove got caught in one of my machines
and it just took my finger off," he later
told TMZ. "My wife [Alexis DeJoria] and I
were on the floor looking around for the
piece of finger so we could put it on ice
and haul ass to the hospital. ... They're
totally trying to give me morphine, and
I'm like: 'No, I'm fine, I'm cool. I'm all
right. I can just take the pain.' I don't
like the way stuff like [morphine] makes
me feel. I'd rather just feel a little bit of
pain."
James, 43, went on to say doctors were
unable to re-attach the severed pinky
part.

Zoe Saldana responds to weight-y controversy

Not everyone would be OK with their
body weight being displayed on the
cover of a national magazine, but Zoe
Saldana doesn’t mind.
The 34-year-old covers the June issue
of Allure magazine , which not only
reveals a little skin but also the star’s
weight with the headline: “115 pounds
of Grit and Heartache.”
Some saw the mention of Saldana’s size
as unnecessary and a poor decision,
causing a healthy amount of chatter that
Allure responded to on its Facebook
page.
Allure: Zoe Saldana’s photo shoot
“There’s been some talk around the
blogosphere about the cover line for our
story about Zoë Saldana,” the magazine
said. “The girl is a powerhouse. And we
were so impressed by what a tough,
confident woman Saldana is (on-screen,
in her action-movie roles, and off) that
we wanted to capture that.”
Saldana herself has said that she doesn’t
take offense.
“I think that it would’ve been wrong if
they were lying about my weight,” the
actress told “Today’s” Savannah
Guthrie Thursday. “This is how much I
weigh, it’s something I can’t control, it’s
who I am. I’ve always had a very thin
frame, I was a ballet dancer. … I don’t
think it was to make an issue of my
weight, I think it was to talk about that,
for a lightweight person, I seem to be
really strong-minded.”
Allure: Zoe Saldana’s style timeline
It’s true that the “Star Trek Into
Darkness” star owns her responses and
opinions, including her remark about her
sexuality. Saldana told Allure that she
might “end up with a woman raising my
children … that’s how androgynous I
am.” When asked if she’d ever been in a
relationship with a woman, she told the
publication to be “put three dots [...]”
as her response.
“It was important for me to get out that
whatever I decide to do with my sexual
preference will be my prerogative and
my right,” Saldana said on “Today.” “As
of now, I’ve been attracted to the male
species. I don’t know if that will
continue, but if one day I wake up and I
feel differently about who I find
attractive, I will do that and I will be
supported and loved by those who
support and love me.”

Girl who was gang-raped by 20 men at age 11 is now pregnant at 14

A Texas girl who was just 11 when she
was raped by 20 men over a three-month
period in 2010 has revealed that she is
now seven months pregnant at the age of
14.
The teenager says the baby’s father is her
15-year-old boyfriend and that they plan
to keep the child.
The shocking crime gained national
attention when police began investigating
in December 2010, after the girl’s
classmate told a teacher he had seen
cellphone video of men having sex with
her.
Expecting: The Cleveland, Texas gang rape
victim is now 7 -months pregnant at age
14. The father is her 15-year-old
boyfriend
Prosecutors say the girl was sexually
assaulted on at least five occasions by 20
men and boys in the Southeast Texas
town of Cleveland, about 45 miles
northeast of Houston.
The girl was 11 during the assaults from
mid-September through early December
2010. Police began investigating that
December, when cell phone video
emerged of one assault.
After investigators learned of the horrific
assault, the girl was moved to foster care
but ran away from her group home in
Beaumont, Texas in December 2011 and
was the victim of another sexual assault
while she was living on the streets.
In August 2012, she returned to Houston
to be with her family.
She now lives with her mother, brother
and sisters.
Her mother, Maria, told KHOU-TV that she
was upset when she learned the girl was
pregnant.
‘Well, when she came with the pregnancy
test, I was like, “Go away, get away from
me, I was upset,”‘ she said.
The mother says that she now realizes
that this may just be part of her
daughter’s healing.
‘I think it’s pretty common that
sometimes girls, when that happens to
them, they try to find the comfort in
someone else, like they want to feel
loved.’
The victim, who has not been identified,
said she feels nervous about the
upcoming arrival of her child. She also
said she hopes that people won’t judge
her for having a child out of wedlock.

Kelly Rowland, Paulina Rubio join ‘X Factor’

Simon Cowell’s “X Factor” is back at full
capacity.
As reports suggested, Kelly Rowland
and Paulina Rubio are the Fox
competition’s two new judges. Rubio
and Rowland will team up with Cowell
and returning judge Demi Lovato when
“X Factor” begins its third season this
fall.
“It’s taken more than a decade, but I’m
delighted to finally be on a panel with
three girls (I think!),” Cowell said in a
statement. “Paulina and Kelly both have
great taste and massive experience in
the music industry and together with
Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It
just feels like the time to do something
different.”
Singer Rowland, who came to fame as
part of Destiny’s Child and has since
broken out into a solo career, has
previously judged the U.K. version of “X
Factor” and said “it feels great to be
able to take this journey here at home
in the States!”
Mexican singer/actress Rubio, who’s
previously participated in Mexico’s
edition of “The Voice,” said she’s
“thrilled” to tackle the U.S. competition
on “X Factor.”
“I love ‘The X Factor’!” Rubio said in a
statement. “I can’t wait to find the next
big music star here in America … Simon,
be careful what you wish for, let’s see if
you are ready to handle me, empieza la
fiesta, amigo!”
Rowland and Rubio replace prior judges
L.A. Reid and Britney Spears, who
departed the show after its second
season.

3 female kidnap suspects arrested with N1.2 million ransom in Delta

Delta State police command have
arrested three female suspects believed
to be leading a dare-devil kidnapping
syndicate around Obiaruku-Abraka-Ozoro
axis of the state. The syndicate was said
to be responsible for the series of kidnap
cases at the university town of Abraka
where lecturers are said to be the main
targets for the money-spinning but
nefarious act.
The suspects, simply identified as Jennifer,
Oreva and Esther were arrested at the
gang’s hideout located on Uremu Road,
Ozoro with N1.2 million ransom allegedly
paid by relations of a kidnapped victim,
Dr. (Mrs.) Mokobia of the Department of
Science Education, Delta State University
(DELSU), Abraka. Mokobia was said to
have been kidnapped last month at about
1a.m. at her residence in Obiaruku in
Ukwuani Local Government Area of the
state in the presence of her husband,
Prof. Mokobia , who is also a staff of
DELSU.
The bandits were said to have
dispossessed Prof. Mokobia and other
members of the household of their cash
and other valuables including GSM
handsets, a situation that kept the victim
incommunicado longer than necessary.
But the hoodlums were later said to have
established contact with the pastor of
Mrs. Mokobia demanding for N20 million
ransom, which was negotiated to N1.2
million. However, acting on a tip off, men
of the Special Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the
state police command traced the gang to
the house where the ransom was to be
deposited.
Confirming the arrest of the suspects, the
state Commissioner of Police, Ikechukwu
Aduba said, “the suspected kidnappers
upon sighting the squad, opened fire and
in the hot exchange of gunfire that
ensued, one of the suspects later
identified as Vote suffered fatal gun shot
injuries. Three other female suspects
were arrested.”
Aduba said the N1.2 million ransom, in
addition to a locally made double-
barrelled pistol and 50 rounds of
cartridges were recovered from the
suspects, saying investigation into the
matter was still ongoing.

Fake soldier, 29 other suspects arrested in Plateau, stolen cars recovered (PICTURED)

Plateau State Police Command paraded a
fake army officer recently as it announced
its success in reducing crimes in the state
including recovering various brands of cars
worth over N15m that had been stolen.
The fake soldier, Chijioke Oboh, confessed
that he got the uniform from a deceased
army officer but said he had never used
the uniform for any ulterior motive.
29 other suspects were also arrested for
different crimes committed around the
state. Commissioner of Police, Chris
Olakpe said “weapons, such as AK 47
rifles, AK magazines, locally-made pistols,
grenade, live ammunition and cartridges
were also recovered from the suspects.”
On Tuesday, Olakpe told journalists on
the achievements law enforcement
officers had recorded over the last few
months revealing that suspects were
caught with the help of some members of
the public who tipped the police with
useful information.

MAN CHARGED WITH RAPING GIRLFRIENDS 3YR OLD DAUGHTER

Testimony began Monday in Warren
County Common Pleas Court in the trial
of a Mason man accused of raping a
toddler with a screwdriver.
Patrick Parker, 49, is charged with two
first-degree felony counts of rape and two
counts of gross sexual imposition, third-
degree felonies.
Prosecutors say Parker used a screwdriver
and his fingers to sexually assault a three-
year-old child he was acquainted with and
had access to on overnight stays between
July 2007 and June 2009.
The alleged crimes were reported about a
year later, according to prosecutors.
The girl’s mother testified Monday that
she noticed behavioral changes in the girl
beginning in 2008 after overnight stays
with Parker. In May 2009, she said the
girl asked to give her a kiss on the mouth
during which she inserted her tongue in
her mouth.
When she questioned her daughter, the
girl reported Parker had kissed her in that
manner, according to the mother’s
testimony.
The girl’s mother reported the incident to
officials in Kentucky, where she and her
daughter lives. The alleged crimes
occurred at Parker’s Mason home,
according to court documents.
Prosecutors say the girl two years later
disclosed to a licensed clinical
psychologist that during this time, Parker
had digitally penetrated her with his
fingers and a device she described as a
screwdriver.
The Enquirer generally does not identify
victims of sex crimes and is not
identifying the mother to protect her
daughter’s identity.
In their opening arguments, defense
attorneys denied the accusations and say
the girl’s story is riddled with
inconsistencies and suggest she may have
been coached or asked leading questions
by interviewers.
Psychological testing performed on Parker
in 2009 after the accusations were made
revealed no signs of sexual deviancy, the
attorneys told the judge.
Parker faces a possible life sentence on
the rape charges. The sentences for the
gross sexual imposition charges carry a
maximum penalty of up to five years in
prison on each count.
The three-day bench trial is expected to
wrap up Wednesday.

Man who kills mom and keeps her remains

This is the 62 year old retired school
principal who killed his mother in 2003,
dried her remains and stored them in a
cupboard in a room that served as his
shrine for ten years. He was arrested
by the Imo State police last week after
a family member discovered the
gruesome sight. You can read the story
